We are looking for Oracle DB Developer for our Warsaw office. Our project is to build a large global cross functional platform for a leader of insurance industry. This project will consist of the following: Responsibilities: - Design, implement and test ETL processes - Tune SQL, identify and resolve bottlenecks in ongoing processes - Data analysis - Participation in enhancing of the data warehouse - Participation in creation of multi-dimensional data model (star/snowflake Schema) and enhance it to meet requirements - Business Analysis. Interact with business users on regular basis to consolidate and analyze the requirements - Incident and problem resolution according to project needs - Production maintenance Required Skills: - Business analysis (to understand the needs and how to develop in complex BI environment) - Knowing the insurance business - Strong SQL developer skills (DML) (analytical Oracle functions) - Fluent in writing Oracle DDL scripts - Understand fluently the Data warehouse concepts in area or normalized ER model and Star or Snowlake schemas used in Data Marts - Knowledge of SAS Data Integration Studio or Microstrategy is a plus What we offer: - Competitive salary - Work in an international environment (cooperation not only with developers, but also with business representatives from several countries) - Health Insurance - Life Insurance - Friendly and open work atmosphere - Fitness Membership
