Main tasks for the Visualization / BI Developer will be: - Discovering the information hidden in data through intuitive visualizations that would help the stakeholders make smarter decisions. The Candidate should have: - At least 5 years of experience in the field; - Graduate degree in Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Operational Research / Econometrics or Computer Science; - Knowledge and experience with: Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI dashboarding capability with high design quotient; SQL capabilities to pull and massage the data and make it ready for dashboards; dimensional databases and concepts of facts/dimensions and its usage in BI; bringing data from different data sources into the visualization tool e.g. flat files, internet, database connections, etc.; scripting, complex calculations, calculated fields, applying cascading filters, grouping, using multiple axis, using parameters, joining, blending, applying top / bottom filters; - Ability to: identify the best chart types to represent the kind of data at hand (best way to represent various data forms; publish workbooks on server and understand user management; participate in discussion with client; use and pull data from file based, columnar databases and NoSQL database (Hadoop, MongoDB, etc.); - Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude; - Superb analytical and problem solving skills; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team; - Great English skills (written and spoken). - Ability to travel across EU (over 50% of time). It would be a plus if the Candidate had: - Knowledge of NPrinting in Qlik, QlikSense, Data Modeling, Certified in Tableau, PowerBI.
