Your Tasks -Providing 2nd line support for an international customer -Troubleshooting and configuring applications, finding a solution for occurring problems -Analyzing and solving IT issues related to hardware and Microsoft Windows Environment -Liaising with users from different departments -Escalating of major problems to 3rd line support Our Requirements -Very good English -Experience in troubleshooting (Windows and hardware) -Effective communication skills (primarily with customer and team members) -Ability to handle priorities and work under pressure -Knowledge about remote support -Ability to work on shifts (24/7 system, one weekend per month)
