Your Tasks -Solving hardware defects in a timely manner while balancing customer satisfaction and delivery -Identifying appropriate solutions for hardware issues -Installing hardware & defined software, repairing and upgrading, system health checking, system adjusting, software deployment and daily operational activities -Delight the customer with high quality repairs and quickly returning equipment to full functionality -Working on demand calls (standby, 24/7 system) Our Requirements -Strong Polish and communicative English -Experience in server support and network infrastructure -In-depth knowledge of hardware systems & platforms -Driver’s licence and high personal culture -Willing to travel (mostly in region, but also country wide) Would be an asset -Familiarity with all the customer’s operating system platforms (e.g. HP-UX, Windows, Linux, etc.) -Graduate technical university or technical college
