Used Technologies and Requirements

Must have
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
  • Toubleshooting of Microsoft Office products
  • Fundamentals of networking (LAN)
Nice to have
  • Relevant 1st line / Helpdesk support experience
  • Cisco CCNA Certificate
  • Hands-on experience with sever
  • Operating systems (MS Server 2016, RHEL, Ubuntu)

Your Responsibilities: -First line IT support for office’s employees -Document, track and respond to requests through the ticketing system -Develop and maintain documentation including installation and configuration procedures -Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware -Labeling of all major assets
